Our club motto is embedded in our Kesgrave roots, in 2020 long-forgotten papers uncovered at the Suffolk Records Office show that the celebrated poet Geoffrey Chaucer, was born in 1343 in Gressgrava, the small hamlet which is now known as Kesgrave. Geoffrey Chaucer once said that “many small make a great” and we believe that this quote encapsulates the exciting journey the club is on.
